We are proud to share a significant milestone for the Municipality of Amulung — through the dedication and hard work of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), our LGU has officially achieved Maturity Level II in Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) under the Civil Service Commission’s PRIME-HRM program. This accomplishment is a testament to our collective commitment to professionalism, fairness, and continuous improvement in public service.
This success would not have been possible without the invaluable support and guidance of our partners and leaders.
Our heartfelt thanks go to CSC Regional Director, Atty. Marite P. Lappay, for her continued support in promoting PRIME-HRM across the region. Her leadership and advocacy serve as a guiding light for LGUs striving to improve their HR systems.
We are especially grateful to Assistant Regional Director Rewina D. Arugay, who, during her tenure as Director II of CSC Cagayan-Batanes, provided her time, guidance, and technical expertise during the preparation for the PRIME-HRM of LGU Amulung. Her mentorship played a vital role in shaping our HRMO’s readiness and compliance.
To Director II Ma. Noemi S. Bustamante of CSC Cagayan-Batanes, thank you for your continuous support, presence, and guidance. Your consistent encouragement has greatly contributed to our progress and success in this endeavor. We look forward to working more closely with you as we aim for the Bronze Award under the PRIME-HRM program.
