Mr. Gorospe finished Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Juris Doctor. He is an alumnus of the Local Government Executive Managers Class of the Development Academy of the Philippines where he was recognized for his Initiative Project Concept: Project NutriACTION. He is currently the President of the Association of Local Budget Officers, Inc. in the province of Cagayan.
