Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President Hon. Ma Czarina Mae A. Mora is the Chairperson of the Municipal Council’s Committee on Sports and Youth Development. Hon. Mora was born on March 02, 2000 at  San Juan, Metro Manila. She is the daughter of Police Corporal Master Sergeant Joel P. Mora and Budgeting Assistant of LGU Amulung Arceli A. Mora. She attended St. James Academy of Iguig for her elementary studies from 2003-2012, then she went to Amulung National High School for her Secondary Education from 2012-2018. For her college studies, she pursued her degree of Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science at Cagayan State University.

As an elected Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President, she leads the youth with noble aim towards growth and progress and inspires others to dream more.
