Sangguniang Bayan Member Mark Aljohn L. Pascual is the Municipal Council’s Chairperson of the Committee on Public Information/Public Utilities, Transportation and Communication and Committee on Education and Culture, and Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Laws, Rules, Ethics and Privileges.

SB Pascual started his career as a public servant when he was elected as the SK Federation President of Amulung in 2010 and later elected as Sangguniang Bayan Member in 2019. Before his election as SK Federation, SB Pascual worked for the Provincial Local Government as Legislative Staff for two years.

Hon. Pascual was born on January 29, 1993 in Cordova, Amulung. He is the son of former Vice Mayor Mr. Alexander Pascual. He attended Cordova Elementary School for his elementary studies, then he went to Cordova National Highschool for his secondary education. For his collegiate studies, he pursued his degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in Legal Management from the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao.
