Hon. Marcian Francisco Donato III also known as “Big Daddy” was born on May 12, 1983 at Centro, Amulung Cagayan. He was the 6^th child of Francisco Sabater Donato , a retired RTC judge and Minerva Reyes Banares. He was married to Rachelle Trinchera Donato and blessed with two children, Ciara Therese T. Donato and Anthony Francisco Donato. He finished his degree in Legal Management at Far Eastern University (2003) and continued his graduate studies at Manuel L. Quezon University – School of Law as Juris Doctor and graduated year 2009.

Big Daddy started his career as an Administrative Aide I at Provincial Government of Cagayan from 2010 to 2012. Then, he continued to work in public service as Barangay Kagawad at Barangay Centro, Amulung Cagayan for five years (2013-2018). After his term as first Kagawad, he then won as Barangay Captain at the same barangay and served for four years (2018-2022).  Through his passion in serving the people , Donato’s municipal campaign led to his election victory as Sangguniang Bayan Member year 2022 known with his tagline “KAY BIG DADDY, BARANGAY ANG BIDA”. Thus, he will continue to serve and tirelessly look for ways to lend a helping hand to all Amulungueños.
